We are the guys that pool companies call — now you can deal with us directly. We will inspect every inch of your pool, locate the leak, and perform the necessary sealing or repair. All work is thoroughly documented, with photos and videos provided to the customer, so you see exactly what is done. With over 40 years of experience, we follow a simple rule of thumb: if you turn off your pool, plug all returns, and the water drops below the skimmers, you likely need a certified diver to fully inspect your pool and make the necessary repairs. To speed up the process, you can "backwash" your pool to bring the water quickly to the bottom of the skimmers, then turn off the pump, plug returns, and observe. If water is still dropping below the skimmers, give us a call. If it stops, you may contact your pool company or investigate further yourself. Depending on your comfort level, some customers try additional steps on their own, while others prefer a professional diver to inspect and repair all underwater problems.
